International symposium on Green Tea

    International Symposium on Green Tea has been held biennially since 1989 in order to encourage the extensive studies on green tea science and technology.  The other aim of this symposium is to disseminate the knowledge and information about the healthy benefits of green tea, the treasure gifts from nature, to the public.
At the beginning of New Millennium, the organizing committee decided to open this site to maintain the research records as well as to exchange the scientific and technological knowledge of green tea.  It will contain all of the activities and statements that have been made in this symposium since the first meeting of 1989.  In addition, the recent publications related to green tea science and technology will be also included.
It is our pleasure to continue revising the contents, so that our visitors can enjoy the fresh scientific flavor and taste of green tea.
